Today has been rough. I really wish Patrick wasn’t 700 miles away right now because I really just want to cozy up to him and watch Buffy and listen to him talk because it reminds me that there are really, really great people out there and I am so glad I found one of them.

Back in Olympia...
It is weird to me that there are only 12 hours between me and Davis and that the two are connected by one freeway (plus CA-113, I guess) and that I woke up this morning and had sex and went out for coffee in one life and now I’m feeding my rabbit and blogging and going to sleep in a different one.
I am immensely tired and dazed and I sound like a weirdo.

Patrick’s morning meds made him really sleepy, so after we got burritos he napped while I drove his car to the cemetery and when he woke up and saw where we were all he did was quote Morrissey until we found a palm tree to sit under so he could nap more.
I am ridiculously smitten.

So, there’s this thing that keeps popping up in my dash - the 2 week vegan diet challenge, on a very tight budget ($30/ 2 weeks - which needs to include $2-$4 bus fare for each grocery store trip) and with some very severe menu restrictions (no tofu, beans, hummus) and the individual in question needs to consume 2500 calories/day.
